- Zero Data Retention: Cormigra operates cloud-to-cloud via official Google Drive APIs. We never store, download, or inspect the contents of your files on third-party servers.
- Transparent Pricing: Managed migration services are billed at ₹150 per Gigabyte (GB) of transferred data (or international equivalent ~$1.80 USD/GB), with no recurring per-user software seat lock-in.
- Zero Downtime Staging: Your users retain full working access to source files during cloud transfer until scheduled final delta cutover.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between Cormigra Enterprise ("Cormigra", "we", "us", or "our") and the client organization, business, or individual ("Customer", "you", or "your") accessing our website or purchasing our managed migration services.
By submitting a migration quotation request, authorizing a statement of work (SOW), or provisioning Google API credentials, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
2. Description of Services
Cormigra provides specialized, enterprise-grade Google Workspace tenant-to-tenant migration services for Google Drive. Under this managed service model, Cormigra engineers design the migration strategy, execute automated pre-flight inventories, perform direct background data transfers and delta synchronization passes, remap file permissions, and execute cutovers on behalf of the Customer using proprietary automation scripts.
3. Pricing, Invoicing, and Payment Terms
3.1 Transparent Flat Pricing (₹150 / GB)
Managed migration services are billed strictly on a data transfer basis at ₹150 (INR) per Gigabyte (GB) of data transferred, or the international equivalent in US Dollars (~$1.80 USD/GB).
- No Hidden Per-Seat Software Fees: Customer is not charged recurring monthly per-user software licenses. Customer pays solely for the volume of data transferred.
- All-Inclusive Service: Pre-flight discovery inventories, permission mapping, delta cutovers, and a 30-day post-migration warranty are all included at the standard per-GB rate without hidden surcharges.
3.2 Invoicing & Payment
For managed concierge projects, standard terms require an initial mobilization deposit (typically 50% based on pre-flight estimates), with the balance invoiced upon successful delta cutover and delivery of the final cryptographic audit ledger. Invoices are due within 15 calendar days of receipt. All fees are exclusive of applicable statutory taxes (e.g. Indian Goods & Services Tax - GST).
4. Customer Obligations & Credentials Security
To enable the migration, Customer agrees to:
- Provide Authorized Administrative Scopes: Customer must authorize a Google Cloud Service Account restricted exclusively to the required Google Drive API scope (
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive) in both source and target Google Workspace admin consoles. - Directory Mapping Accuracy: Customer is responsible for verifying the source-to-target user email mapping matrix (e.g.,
user@olddomain.comtouser@newdomain.com). - Credential Revocation: Immediately upon delivery of the final migration ledger and completion of the warranty period, Customer must revoke the Service Account Client ID from both Google Workspace Admin Consoles to ensure zero lingering access.
5. Zero Data Retention & Intellectual Property
Customer Data Ownership: Customer retains full, exclusive, and unencumbered ownership of all files, folders, documents, metadata, and intellectual property. Cormigra claims zero rights, title, or interest in Customer data.
Zero Data Retention Guarantee: Cormigra operates exclusively as a conduit. File transfers take place directly cloud-to-cloud between Google Workspace tenants across Google Cloud infrastructure. Cormigra does not cache, download, mirror, persist, or inspect file contents on local computers, third-party staging servers, or intermediary hard drives.
6. Service Level Agreement (SLA) & Data Fidelity Guarantee
Cormigra warrants that all files successfully staged and cut over will match 100% of their source byte counts and cryptographic checksums. Permissions will be recreated in accordance with the agreed mapping matrix, and Google Drive email sharing notification blasts will be suppressed (sendNotificationEmail=False).
Post-Cutover Warranty: Cormigra provides a 15 to 60-day post-migration technical warranty (depending on service tier). During this window, our engineering team will investigate and reconcile any reported file discrepancies against the immutable migration ledger.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Cormigra, its directors, employees, or contractors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of business profits, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.
Cormigra shall not be held liable for delays or interruptions caused by third-party platform failures outside our reasonable control, including Google Cloud Platform outages, Google Drive API rate limit modifications, or suspensions imposed directly by Google LLC.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
